brazil has no reason to consider itself a hispanic country..because they don’t speak SPANISH! and yeah, she can look like a “white” girl because many brazilians are of white or at lease partial white racial background!! being latina is not a race, it is an ethnicity, or culture, and being hispanic is NOT the same thing as being latin, latinos come from latin america, hispanics come from countries that speak spanish.
