If only todas las mujeres could look this good during their last trimester! Brazilian model, Camila Alves appeared as flawless as a cover-girl while out shopping in Hollywood yesterday.
Only a true diva can rock 3-inch-heels while being 9-months pregnant. It is hard to believe that she is going to pop any day now!
