Christina Aguilera On Larry King Live
Christina Aguilera was sharing her ‘words of wisdom’ for the “Rock the Vote” campaign on Larry King Live last night.
The responsible mother, and now enlightened political advocate, discussed the importance of voting and supporting presidential candidate, Barack Obama.
Just in case you missed her political perspective…
“It is an exciting one. Wow! What a groundbreaking time in history. I mean, we had a woman running for president, which was pretty much unheard of. Um…and an African American running for president. So, it is just exciting…the change that is coming to our country.”
Perhaps Christina needs a lesson or two in diction. Umm…I guess her point was to inspire people to get out there and vote…and ‘what not.’

So, no one gave her the script of what they wanted her to say? Very suprising. I thought these packaged pop stars were instructed on every move? Ummm… Wow, its like really exciting?
I can’t even finish watching this clip. What a friggin joke-’ummm being that I’m in the limelight and I’m also the ho that wore ass-less chaps and told people how ‘dirty’ I was….now I’m an authority on politics and voting during this exciting time in history’
SAVE IT! I can’t stand her even more now!!
P.S. “I’m now also an authority and would like to be taken seriously because I had a baby….something that millions of women around the world do everyday”
Love,
Xtina!

Damn girl that was too funny! I had a major laugh!
I’m sorry. I have moved past disliking Xtina, but she shouldn’t do interviews. she’s kinda blah.
It’s was like, what the hell are you talking about?!
She’s not a celeb who I think influences anyone. Maybe when her Dirrty album was out, but even then she doesn’t have a whole lot of influence.
Embarrassing!
she needs to be home with her baby and husband. she parties as much as I do and Im a single 21 year old!
Wasn’t that bad. Alot of people use ‘um’ and ‘like’ when speaking, esp. when nervous. I’ve seen/heard newsreporters do it. I’m more embarrassed by Larry King, who never has his facts straight about guests. He’s pitiful!
On the other hand, Aguliera is not inspiring at all or a good spokesperson. I felt no emotion or anything from her and her interview.
She was probably caught off guard. She probably thought the last question she would be answering would be one relating to politics. I definitely would have steered away from that if I was conducting an interview of her.
