Miss Universe To Lose Crown b/c Of Nude Photo
Miss Universe 2008, Venezuelan model Dayana Mendoza, might lose her crown after this photo of the then 15-year-old posing nude with jewelry for a big Italian jewelry company surfaced.
Underage children posing nude should never be rewarded. However, the add isn’t vulgar, nor sexual. Plus, it’s a Eurpean ad. Nudity is nothing to them.

a fifteen year old in a nude photo shoot cannot be tasteful. but i doubt they will pull her, probably afraid she’ll become another vanessa williams. and talk bad about them every chance she gets.
The US is as backwards when it comes to stuff like this…it’s an ad…it looks nice…it was probably shot in another country…what are they going to do file charges or something?
this has nothing to do with united states and everything to do with a privately owned pageant. miss universe is owned by donald trump. besides like i said i doubt he will strip her, he doesn’t want another vanessa williams that he can’t take credit for.
If they take it from her, i will be PISSED!

besides, these are tasteful modeling photos. Yeah, she was only 15, but they use young girls all the time for stuff that is otherwise inappropriate. I work in the fashion industry and i see this everyday.
I don’t think they should take her crown away, it’s not her fault.It’s her parents fault for letting it happen.
But it disgusts me that this photo was taken at 15.These type of things make pedophiles think it’s okay to oggle young girls.

Oh and by the way no photo is tasteful when it involves a 15 year old naked girl.
Nude pics of 15 year olds is nothing new for the modeling industry. I agree, no photos are tasteful if they are of a 15 year old. But, she’s made a business of whoring herself out. I guess her parents got her started young. BTW - Her old nose looked so much better than her plastic surgeried nose.
Other than her young age when the photo was taken, I don’t see what the big deal is.
