Estilo Hit or Miss?

Are you in there, America? Star of the popular sitcom “Ugly Betty” America Ferrera walked the red carpet this weekend for the Primetime Emmy Awards in what can only be described as an outfit meant to embody the spirit of a gothic cupcake.

Our beautiful America was lost beneath black waves of heavy fabric -a fashion “No” for mujeres with bountiful curves on them. And for the petite among us (like America, who stands at 5′1″), a dress with an odd ball length like this peek-a-boo foot dress, just doesn’t flatter the figure.

Next time, show some more leg, America! This billowy look just isn’t for you.
