Who’s the Diva, Now?
Oh, its one thing to talk the talk. But who out there is brave enough to walk the walk? Clearly, it isn’t Eva Mendes, since the only walking she has done lately is straight into Calvin Klein.
The curvy cubana was recently spotted enjoying all the perks of an A-list celeb, dropping in on the Calvin Klein store in London yesterday to do a little “shopping” (In Hollywood speak, that means “product placement”).
And little Diva Eva was certainly dressed for the part, channeling the style of a 1940s starlet with big bucks and a big ego. Dang, you know you’re really cool when you don’t even put your arms through your coat sleeves anymore. That shiz is high class.
So much for “serious acting,” right, Eva? You know we love you for being so fine, but girl, you’d better watch it before all that fame goes straight to your head.

She is talking shit about JLO, but she is clearly a JLO wannabe. I guess she wants to hop on the gravy train that JLO is leaving behind.
Lossip let’s get it together. I interned at a major mend fashion magazine all summer and the other intern who I worked with had just interned at Calvin klein dealing with clothes and celebrity clients. EVA has been a Calvin favorite for an extremely long time so she’s been wearing their designs for a while. Celebrities do not wear the white label stuff, they only wear collection pieces and what EVA is wearing is the new calin aesthetic thanks to the new designer, francisco costa I believe. The intern did spend some time with EVA when he was instructed to bring a very specific dress, chosen ad fitted for her by the brilliant calvin team. This was ore-commercial sooooo clearly she has an affinity towards its designs and therebis nothing wrong with that. They probably madenher wear this ensemble especially if she was going to make an appearance at the store (she has no need to shop at the stores because everything is sent to her)
Stop hating & let the girl get her cash. You would too.
It’s funny because to me she’s pretty much played a glorified whore in most of her movies, now she’s trying to be the high class lady, excuse me while I go vomit.
Hey I understand business that’s cool with me, she’s the one in her interviews talking about how she’s wants to just be a serious actress, you know. So all I’m saying is be a serious actress not a pitch woman. She’s saying one thing and doing the opposite. I mean hey, I agree lets face I’ve seen better acting in colgate commercials so she might as well get something. You see it’s called talking out of both sides of your face. And please enough with all the hating crap, some people are just full of it and she’s one of them.
I am not understanding the purpose of this story, she is dressed up and shopping, so what???????????????
