Michelle Rodriguez On Ice
Frequently troubled bad girl Michelle Rodriguez didn’t look that big or bad yesterday, as she was spotted enjoying a hockey game between the Dallas Stars and the New York Rangers yesterday in Madison Square Garden.
In fact, she looked almost pleasant as she smiled and took pictures of the game from the stands.
Tough old Michelle is set to star as the late Minerva Mirabal in next year’s “Trópico de sangre,” which chronicles the story of the Mirabal sisters in their fight against Dominican dictator Rafael Trujillo.
Let’s hope her take on the story is better than 2001’s “In the Time of the Butterflies.” I guess the movie wasn’t that bad, but I found parts of it just weren’t believable. Is it just me, or is anyone else tired of Edward James Olmos metiendo la mano in every Latino project?
