Divas ‘Pit’ Against Each Other
Mariah Carey fires back! La diva denies ever saying that she would rather perform with a pig than sing with Jennifer Lopez. She states,
“This is just some Internet gossip and it’s pathetic that people actually entertain the thought that this could be real…this is another sad example of two strong women being pit against each other.”
I believe the correct word is ‘pinned,’ unless she is really thinking like a pig. Sorry Mariah, you may have denied the rumor, but you are still a royal bitch come-mierda in my book.

J-Ho you can’t sing, act, dance (there are 100 people who can dance way better), write songs or keep a normal guy like Ben Affleck. Go away I beg of you. Biggest accomplishment - keeping and marrying a skeleton.
Umm no, it is pit. As in, “The two stars were pitted against each other in order to generate publicity.”

Mariah would be doing J-LO a favor by not singing with her on stage. J-LO would sound so horrible in comparison to Mariah. J-LO does not sound that good to begin with anyways. Mariah has true talent she does not need to dance, perform or even look good on stage and she would still sell out shows. If J-LO got fat, old, and ugly she would be over if Mariah did she would still have her voice and that would still sell.
Uh, “pit” is correct. But if you want to get super-grammatically correct, “pitted against one another” is it, though I still think “pit” is fine. “Pinned” against one another is non-sensical in a situation indicating agressive action between two people; “pinned” would work if the two singers had been in a plane crash and were stuck together.
I think Lossip needs to check themselves before criticizing other. I really don’t care but the tone of these stories is freakin’ annoying.
It is “pit”. Also if they were talking about pigs… it would pen, as in pig pen. Lossip is dumb.
i’m fans of both, mariah has the best voice and jlo has the best style!
