Miss Uruguay Wins Miss América Latina 2007
Despite the fact that she never made it to the semifinals at the Miss Universe 2007 pageant, 22-year-old Giannina Silva won the title of Miss América Latina 2007 while representing her country of Uruguay. ¡Felicidades!
