Diego Tries Guy On Guy Action
Talented Mexican actor and soon-to-be father, Diego Luna will be caught performing guy on guy action in his latest flick, Milk.
The movie focuses on the real life story of California’s first openly gay elected official, Harvey Milk, played by Sean Penn, and Diego plays the role of his love interest Jack Lira. The film is set to hit theaters in fall 2008.
The film’s director, Gus Van Sant recently stated in an interview with Quién magazine,
“Nosotros buscábamos a uno de los mejores actores de México, y Diego era el ideal, él fue la pareja perfecta (de Harvey) y su papel quedó fantástico.”
“We were looking for one of the best actors known in Mexico, and Diego was ideal. He was Harvey’s partner and his role came out fantastic.”
Cinematic roles like this break the cultural barriers of homophobic views centered around sexuality, but do you think it will be well excepted in Latin American households?

Guy-on-guy…not for me. However, if the movie is good, it’s good. Just cuz it’s not gonna give me a hard-on doesn’t mean I don’t wanna see it. All these homophobes need to get over these issues and appreciate film (and more importantly, life) for what it is.
Sure Vic…you probably like guy on guy on the low!
You should try to be a little more conscious of the words you use. The word “homophobes” is not in the dictionary and was only created to put down individuals who are human and deserve the same human rights as you and me. I think YOU should get over YOUR issues and appreciate film and life…
