Election day is finally here (I just got back from a half-hour wait at my local polling place) and for voters in California, Florida, Arkansas and Arizona, more than presidents are on the ballot.
We’ve already heard closeted pretty boy Eduardo Verástegui’s old world opinion against gay marriage, abortion, John McCain…to the point where we’re just tired of hearing this clown speak. But luckily, some words of reason from ‘Ugly Betty’ to counter things out!
The always lovely América Ferrera released a statement expounding her opposition to the anti-gay marriage propositions on today’s ballots.
“Votar ‘No’ a la propuesta 8 (en California) no se trata solamente de los derechos de los gays, sino de preservar la integridad de la igualdad de los derechos este país. No se trata de ser gay o no, sino de ser estadounidense. Vote No a la proposición 8.”
Go, América! I guess Lindsay won’t be able to hate on you anymore. A vote from América means a vote toward her wedding…that is, if she hasn’t changed her mind about being a lesbian again.
After el mitotero deEduardo Verástegui came out against abortion, and gay marriage, and formally announced his support of Republican presidential candidate John McCain, the general consensus (here on Lossip, and in the streets) was that this fool was pretty much just an idiot.
Recently, it has been rumored that La Chica Dorada, Paulina Rubio -who just happens to be a loud and proud Obamista- referred to Verástegui as “ignorante” during an interview with a Mexican radio station.
But apparently, Verástegui refuses to believe that Pau would say such a thing, telling Escándalo TV:
“Ella es una dama y una gran amiga. Me ha ayudado en mi carrera, hasta a promover la película ‘Bella.’ No creo que ella haya hablado de mí, ni de nadie.”
Well, even if Pau didn’t actually say he’s ignorant, that certainly won’t keep me from doing it! And, according to you Lossip readers, being in denial about Pau’s comments isn’t the first thine this pretty boy won’t admit to…could it be true that this hombrecito is hiding a mad hot man love behind his homophobic mantras?
As if it wasn’t enough that pretty boy Eduardo Verástegui decided to make himself the champion of the anti-abortion folks. Clearly, that didn’t stop him from pulling a Daddy Yankee and voicing his support of Republican presidential candidate John McCain.
Now el muy muy de Verástegui came to the conclusion that he needs to start campaigning against the gays. Gay marriage, that is.
The Mexican actor is now aligning himself with several anti-gay marriage coalitions in California, with the state set to vote in a matter of weeks on the heatedly contested Proposition 8, which will reinstate a ban on same sex marriages.
This pretty little man/woman has committed himself to appear on several Spanish-language commercials urging voters to support the proposition.
I’m sorry, but since when is Eduardo Verástegui gay? Is someone forcing him to get a same-sex marriage? Is he functioning under the belief that the state of California has a marriage quota, and only a certain number of couples are allowed to get married per year? What the hell business is it of his to worry about gay marriage? I’m confused.
I guess that doesn’t really matter, though. He doesn’t have a uterus, but that didn’t stop him from thinking he can voice an opinion on abortion. But before you all start sending me expletive-riddled comments, keep in mind that that’s just my opinion! Tell us what you really think of Eduardo.
Actor Eduardo Verástegui is taking matters into his own hands. And I mean, literally; posters, megaphones and information booklets yelling pro-life rants outside abortion clinics across America. Sí. You guessed right. The once proclaimed a-sexual man “who waits for the right woman” is now planning to have the baby in case she gets pregnant. That is, if he ever knocks her up because he does need to have sex in order for that to happen.
His anti-abortion endorsement, anti pro-choice campaign has gotten him to speak out against Presidential Candidate Barack Obama as well, for believing in a woman’s right to choose.
It’s also been said that he has received death threats due to his passionate view on the topic.
Hmmmm…Actors playing senators and pregnant mommies? Give us your opinion.
