Yolandita Monge can keep her silence no more. In a recent interview with La Prensa, the Puerto Rican singer spoke up against her daughter Noelia’s accusations that it was Yolandita’s husband who’d leaked out the 29-year-olds infamous sex tape. What’s more, her mother went on to disclose that her daughter had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder since the age of five.
“Ella es bipolar y tiene otras condiciones que no voy a decir, pero el problema es que no se toma sus medicamentos”, explicó Yolandita.
“She is bipolar, in addition to having other conditions which I will not disclose, but the problem is that she does not take her medications,” explained Yolandita.
Yolandita went on to say that she does not know what to do to help Noelia, but that she will never ever hate her. She might never hate her, but I highly doubt her daughter would appreciate her own mother disclosing her illness to the world. Regardless of what Noelia may say, some things are meant to be left between family.

Tired of living la vida loca, Ricky Martin has found himself a cause he can be proud of. The bon-bon shaker has sponsored four girls in India as part of his fight against the trafficking of children into slavery and prostitution.
“Because of trafficking, the adoption of children to foreigners is not legal in India,” he explained. “They control adoption because of the fear of child trafficking, which I think is brilliant of the Indian government. But why not? Maybe some day I will adopt a child.”
Is this a sign of Ricky Martin’s growing heart or are his maternal instincts just starting to kick in? Luckily for him he doesn’t have to worry about the ticking of his biological clock. But then again, neither will his partner.

Whomever actually says that Jaslene González isn’t overly skinny obviously hasn’t even glanced inside the pages of a Victoria’s Secret catalog. The waif model recently address rumors about her weight, or lack thereof, on her MySpace page, stating:
“Anorexia is a sickness that I do NOT tolerate in my life. Just because I’m a model doesn’t mean that I am going to starve myself. I am happy with who and what I am. I don’t have low self esteem to go and starve myself to think that I look good. I will say that there are many models who have gone through that hardship and I really feel sorry for them. I love myself for who I am. There is nothing in this world that can change that.”
Just because you’re is a model, does not mean you have an eating disorder simply because of your chosen career path. It’s the fact that you have recently started looking like a walking talking skeleton! No one is questioning Heidi Klum, Adriana Lima, or Gisele Bundchen because you know why? None of them look like they weigh 80 pounds! Someone please shove a pizza in her mouth already!

Everyone’s favorite Latin duo have paired up again for not one, but two films! Diego Luna and Gael García Bernal will both star in “Rudo y Cursi”, the first film by the production company started by extraordinary directors Alejandro González Iñárritu (“Babel”), Alfonso Cuarón (“Children of Men”) and Guillermo del Toro (“Pan’s Labyrinth”). Additionally, the production company Canana, which was started my the duo, is in final negotiations to co-produce the the film “Pedro Páramo” in which both actors will also star in. Check your panties, ladies!

Argentinian model Natalia Fassi reveals details of her love affair with Argentine soccer player Carloz Tevez, stating:
“Every time we made love it was so passionate we would forget what planet we were on,” she says.

During an interview transmitted via Escándalo TV (Telefutura) 34-year-old Colombian Grammy winner Juanes was stunned and silenced when questioned about recent photographs of him snuggling up to 23-year-old Colombian model Johanna Bahamón. Why would any man deny sleeping with such a sex pot?! Perhaps it’s because she’s been held responsible for the breakup of Juanes and his wife back in May. Woops! That’ll do it.

U2’s frontman Bono partied in St. Tropez til 4 AM with Spanish actress Penelope Cruz and Peruvian supermodel Helena Christensen. No worries though, 47-year-old Bono has been happily married for 25 years.
I suspect he won’t be married for much longer after his wife sees these shots. There is definitely enough hand-holding to rule out the “friends-only” option. Way to break a marriage there, Penelope. Bono’s aging is finally starting to catch up. He’s just five years shy of looking just like Robin Williams.

Fans of José José will be pleased to learn that the legendary singer has now regained sensation on part of his face. Despite doctors not knowing exactly what caused his facial paralysis, José José remains optimistic.
“Son mil cosas, tengo problemas de azúcar, no se sabe a ciencia cierta qué es lo que me pasó”.
“Me estoy recuperando poco a poco, tengo muchos ánimos.”
“It’s a thousand things, I have problems with my blood sugar, there has yet been a specific scientific reasoning for what happened to me”.
“I am recovering slowly but surely, Me estoy recuperando poco a poco, I have much to be cheerful about.”
With his kind of money he should have no problem finding healthy things to eat in order to maintain his health and sugar levels. We hope he follows his diet and doctor’s orders, and that he overcomes his facial paralysis soon enough!
